* Fast March - Pickup knees with hands opposite, be snappy, stomp the ground

* Once ball passes midline, turns into 6v6 with all middies running down. (If ride wins, then give the ball to the middies and they go)
* Cycle in next group of middies and rotate defense and attack
* go for about 10 min then switch team roles
