Time Drill
5 Min Active Stretching
  • Goal, Swax Lax, Bucket Balls, Cones

20 Min Clears vs Rides into 6v6
  • Goal is to work through as many clears and rides without having guys standing around
  • two teams (one starts doing clears, the other rides)
  • Team 1 has defense on one side of field, Team 2 has attack
  • Put all middies on the sideline in the middle
  • Other end of the field Team 1 has attack, team 2 has defense
  • Ball starts with 3 middies per team going in, fake shot and clear vs ride
  • Once ball passes midline, turns into 6v6 with all middies running down. (If ride wins, then give the ball to the middies and they go)
  • Cycle in next group of middies and rotate defense and attack
  • go for about 10 min then switch team roles
