Salisbury Motion Offense to 4v3

Drill can be run as a 3v2 or 4v3, starts as a motion/transition offense drill and then morphs into a 3v2 or 4v3.

  • Get 4 offensive players and 3 defensive players
  • Setup in a loose triangle if 3v2 or a loose square in a 4v3
  • Have the top right guy with the ball run down the alley with a defender mirroring him
