2v1 to 4v3 Ground Ball
- Drill works within the box, put a goalie in the net, and an attackman 2 yards behind GLE
- Have two lines near the top of the box (offensive and defensive line)
- Coach rolls a ground ball out, two players battle for the ball. If the defensive guy wins it, he clears it through the box. If the offensive guy wins it, it becomes a 2v1
- When offense scores or defense clears, the two players go to the other side of the box. The drill repeats and it becomes a 3v2 and the coach rolls a ball
- When the 3v2 finishes, the two guys continue to the other side of the box and play 4v3 and the coach rolls a ball
- After the 4v3 it becomes the 2v1 again.
