* Need 2 Cones and 1 ladder
* Need 2 Cones and 1 ladder or a Hector the Rejector covering the top 2/3rds of the goal
* Fold Ladder up so two or three rungs are showing and place 1 foot in front of the net

Quick Hitch Bounce Shot Drill

  • Need 2 Cones and 1 ladder or a Hector the Rejector covering the top 2/3rds of the goal
  • Fold Ladder up so two or three rungs are showing and place 1 foot in front of the net
  • Put cones 10 yards in front of cage and 10 yards to the side (in the alley)
  • Line kids up at midline, get ground ball, sprint towards cone, studder step and hitch dodge keeping stick in the same hand
  • As you get closer to the cage bounce shoot and try to get it inside the ladder rungs
