5 Min Circle Stretching & Active Stretching
  • Equipment List
    • Kids bring stick, gloves, sneakers, water
    • 2 ladders required (Dave has 1)
    • Med Ball, Slam balls (Dave has these)
    • Cones (Dave has these)
    • Two buckets of balls (Dave has these)
10 Min Station 1: Ladders, Slam/Med Ball, Pushups - 4 times
  • Split kids up into two lines
  • Line 1: Ladders 2 times per exercise
    • Both feet forwards
    • Sideways both feet
    • Sideways both feet in and out
    • Both out, Both In
  • Line 2: 2 Slam Balls, Squat Ball, Medicine Ball, 10 Pushups,

10 Min Station 2: Jumps
  • 20 Wall Jumps
  • 20 Bicycle Jumps
  • Horizontal Jumps through checkerboard
