  • Everything Matters - take care of the little details
  • Mental Toughness - beat a man to the end line
  • Always compete - keep score of everything they do
  • Accountable to one another and self - Call each other out when not working hard
    • Implement some rules, like 1 pushup for 1 handed GB
    • 5 push ups if you didnt get to the middle of the field
    • 3 push ups if you rake the ball etc
5 Min Team Goals
  • Goals of the spring season

10 Min Drill - 3 Man Passing
  • 3 man pick and roll
    • Run towards a man, pass it to him, pass it back, set a pick, and roll
