Pump & Go
Working with the two pass concept to get the ball to the weakside we incorporate a drill from Notre Dame Lacrosse
- Have 4 lines, 1 at GLE on the left, 1 at left top of the box, 1 at center box, and one 10 yards up and out
- Ball starts on the left GLE, man cuts up towards to alley. The person in position 2, runs towards the alley and receives a pass
- The 3rd guy runs down the other alley and receives a pass
- The 4th guy does a shallow clear and Pop back behind the ball
- The 3rd guy gives a pump fake the shallow clear guy and then goes to goal down the alley and shoots
- Players rotate to the line they passed to.

Alley Dodge with Pull Pass and Shot
- Explain a pull pass across your body, moves the ball 1-2 seconds quicker
- 3 Lines up top
- First guy Dodges down the alley, hit a cone then pull passes to the center guy
- center guy moves it to the 3rd guy for the outside shot
- New guy goes, run to the line you pass to
- Switch Sides
- Variation: do top and bottom at the same time

- Terms: Boston (box side), Detroit (middle of field), Seattle (Far Side of Field)
- Stacked Clear: 3 defenders talk, who is going high. LSM and Defender go Boston, two middies goto Seattle. Pass to defender stretch field, opposite side has onside responsibility
- Butter: double or single, middies break out, attack opposite side crosses over mid line.

6 v 6 with Missions
- Coaches give up to 3 phases of missions to the players
- Offense example: Phase 1: Run tango, phase 2: two man game at x with timed cutting, phase 3: hawk
- Defense example: Phase 1: Amigo (3 man press), Phase 2: Long pole heavy on the ball, Phase 3: Double Early
- Goal is to throw different looks at both the offense and defense to see how they react and execute
