* Hands on the stick should be shoulder width apart

* Get into athletic stance or knee down about 1 foot from ball, left foot close to the line, right foot a foot behind the ball
* 2 stances
** athletic stance: left foot close to the line, right foot or knee a foot behind the ball
** Knee down: left foot on the line, put your knee down head towards the ball, knee is about a foot behind the ball, elbow touching your right knee down leg
* Right Hand Crushes, Left hand is for speed - two choices (low and hard, up and hard)

* Turn your whole body when you crush and power clamp

10 Min - Face Off Techniques

  • Hands on the stick should be shoulder width apart
  • 2 stances
    • athletic stance: left foot close to the line, right foot or knee a foot behind the ball
    • Knee down: left foot on the line, put your knee down head towards the ball, knee is about a foot behind the ball, elbow touching your right knee down leg
