Roll Dodge Underneath Back Up for Shot

- Player runs down the alley, squares up their defender
- Either keeps the stick in the outside or strong hand
- Run down the alley, roll back up the field, turn and shoot
- First move is to protect the stick, get the arm up, sell going down low as hard as you can, make the defender over commit, put the foot in the ground and get back up
- When you roll dodge, stay tight and dont over roll
