Time Drill
5 Min Active Stretching
  • Bring girls stick, goalie pants & shin guards, backpack, ladder
10 Min Put on Equipment
  • Gear: Helmet, throat guard, thigh shorts, shin guards (soccer or lax, not field hockey), gloves, chest protector, volleyball knee pads
  • Importance of the goalie, must important position on the field
  • Moving and athletic moves are key to be successful at goalie
10 Min Stance in goal aka ready position
