Face Dodge to Rollback shooting
- Demonstrate the alley dodge, face dodge, roll back shooting
- Crow hop for 3 steps, 3 steps and roll back
- Don't change hands, but keep in strong hand, and take some steps and carry for 2-3 steps, look for defender to over commit
- Get back to your strong hand
- Plant, pivot, open up, get to the middle of the field
- 3 steps, drop and sync

4 Point Shooting Drill
4 Point Shooting Drill Setup
- This drill focuses on getting the ball in and out of your stick as quickly as possible
- Setup 4 cones in a semi-circle around the cage. You take 3 shots around the perimeter.
- Shot 1: Backside Shot - Simple look at the back pipe (on the crease quick ball fake) - Run towards the cone
- Shot 2: Outside Shot from 7/8 yards - Run around the cone
- Shot 3: Outside shot from 12/13 yards - Run around the cone
- Shot 4: Cut Down the Middle to work on ball Fake
- Feed from Position 5 - Each player gets 4 shots

Quick Hitch Bounce Shot Drill
- Need 2 Cones and 1 ladder or a Hector the Rejector covering the top 2/3rds of the goal
- Fold Ladder up so two or three rungs are showing and place 1 foot in front of the net
- Put cones 10 yards in front of cage and 10 yards to the side (in the alley)
- Line kids up at midline, get ground ball, sprint towards cone, studder step and hitch dodge keeping stick in the same hand
- As you get closer to the cage bounce shoot and try to get it inside the ladder rungs

Salisbury C-Cut Righty or Lefty Shot
- Make two lines of players at the stars on the picture
- Setup cones as pictured
- Put a pile of balls by the top stars
- A player picks up a ball, drives down the alley (1), pops out (2)
- The other player at (3) clears through and curls back, receiving a pass at (4)
- The player turns and shoots, and goes to the next line

Salisbury Beckman Bucket Shooting Drill
Salisbury Beckman Bucket Drill
- No goalie and line kids up a little behind GLE about 10 yards out on either side of the goal
- Put two buckets about 2 yards apart in front of the goal 10 yards out
- Put balls at the feet of each line
- Kid runs from one line in (1) an arc towards to first bucket and receives a pass (2)
- He then steps past the 2nd bucket and shoots on the run to the opposite triangle in the goals netting (4)
- The player at (3) awaits to run towards the next bucket and shoots with the outside hand
