A great alternative to line drills, kids get many touches.
* Have the kids break into groups of three
* Have two kids be about 20 yards apart
* The 3rd kid should be in the middle of the other two players
* The two outside kids should each have a ball
* The kid in the middle should run at an angle towards a player and catch on the outside hand
* Kid should run to the opposite side and pass again to the same passer
* Middle kid should then make an athletic move and receive a pass from the other side

3 Man Passing with 2 Balls

A great alternative to line drills, kids get many touches.

  • Have the kids break into groups of three
  • Have two kids be about 20 yards apart
  • The 3rd kid should be in the middle of the other two players
  • The two outside kids should each have a ball
  • The kid in the middle should run at an angle towards a player and catch on the outside hand
  • Kid should run to the opposite side and pass again to the same passer
  • Middle kid should then make an athletic move and receive a pass from the other side
