Hitch Dodge

  • Start in the alley about 10 yards from the goal
  • Players get in a single file line with balls at their feet
  • Player runs to the goal, light on the front foot, make a little fake shot/pass, and step around the defender on the stick side
  • When making the fake dont move the hands to much and make sure you continue to run towards the center of the field
  • Goal is to make the defender freeze and then step around him
