3 Man Handle
- Have kids get into groups of 3, best to have lines stay together
- Kids should line up behind eachother
- First kid should kick the ball slightly to the left, scoop the ball, roll away from pressure
- Pass to the 2nd guy in line, first guy breaks to the side, switches hands and catches over the shoulder from the 2nd guy
- He then passes back and the 2nd guy gives him a ground ball to
- 2nd guy in line goes next
- Drill does heavy reps, switches hands, and ground ball away and to

Question Mark Ground Ball
- Have the kids form a line
- Roll the ball out away from the line
- Have the kids call ball and release
- Upon scooping up the ball, the kids run in a question mark pattern to avoid the trailing stick
- Coach should use the term "Run to Daylight"
- Throw the ball back to coach and repeat

Canadian 2 v 2 Ground Balls
- You can have a goalie or a shot stopper
- Create 4 lines of 2 teams of guys behind the goal (one of each color on each side of the goal)
- Coach is at the top of the box with a bucket of balls
- Coach rolls the ball out, players fight for the ball, whoever wins it goes to goal
