  • 6 pop out on one side
10 Min Trigger Shooting Drill
  • Put guys on either side of the cage, 2 lines (1 high and one low)
  • The high guy passes to the low guy, waits until a coach defending them turns their head then drive to the cage to receive a pass and shot
10 Min Salisbury C-Cut Righty or Lefty Shot

  • Make two lines of players at the stars on the picture
  • Setup cones as pictured
  • Put a pile of balls by the top stars
  • A player picks up a ball, drives down the alley (1), pops out (2)
  • The other player at (3) clears through and curls back, receiving a pass at (4)
  • The player turns and shoots, and goes to the next line
