10 Min 3 Man Weave
5 Min Water
25 Min Clears
  • New Clear
  • Old Clear
  • Mosses
  • 7 v 6 clears vs rides, double the ball, work on moving it properly
15 Min 3 v 2 sideways
  • Line of cones in the middle of the field
  • 3 offensive players and 2 defensive players
  • offense cannot cross the midline, and drive to the goal against the 2 defenders
  • As soon as ball shot, defenders run to the other side where 3 offensive guys with a ball are waiting, it then turns into 3v2 on that side
  • New offense and defense comes in on the right

10 Min Face off challenges
  • Keep kids split up, have wing work and face off
  • Keep score on winning faceoff and crossing line
