5 Min Active Stretching
10 Min Swing it around the goal
5 Min Water
25 Min Clears
  • New Clear (defense near the box, sub on a guy, pass to goalie, middie and attack far side, goalie looks to pass up there)
  • Mosses
  • 7 v 6 clears vs rides, double the ball, work on moving it properly
15 Min 3 v 2 sideways
  • Line of cones in the middle of the field
  • 3 offensive players and 2 defensive players
  • offense cannot cross the midline, and drive to the goal against the 2 defenders
  • As soon as ball shot, defenders run to the other side where 3 offensive guys with a ball are waiting, it then turns into 3v2 on that side
  • New offense and defense comes in on the right
5 Min Water
10 Min Face off challenges
  • Keep kids split up, have wing work and face off
  • Keep score on winning faceoff and crossing line
15 Min Top and Bottom Stations
  • 2 v 2
  • 2 v 3
5 Min Water
15 Min Mirror Shooting Drill
  • Work on moving the ball east to west, feeding from X, timing pops and cuts
  • Line of on the side
  • 3 kids run out (2 high, 1 low)
  • Coach rolls a ball to the low kid behind the cage
  • kid feeds the top, who feeds the other top, and shoot
20 Min 6 on 6
