  • Goalie clears to a defender
  • Defender to middie, run the wing
  • Middie to attack, attack to x to other side
20 Min Stations - Face Off's and Shooting
  • Top takes face off guys
  • Dave takes everyone else
    • 53 and 32 shooting
10 Min 2 Man Game
  • Pick and Roll
  • Mirror
  • Trigger
  • 4 Man game plan (2 crease and 2 up top)
10 Min Noke Offense
  • Noke and Morph
20 Min Man Up vs Man Down
20 Min Clears vs Rides - 30 second shot clock
