20 Min Man Up and Man Down
10 Min Motion when someone is driving
10 Min Don't force the ball - had a 6-4 lead and lost it on turnovers
  • Against a high pressure defense bring the ball towards the mid line
  • Have another middie follow
10 Min Face Offs
5 Min Water
30 Min 6 on 6
