- Med Ball, Slam balls (Dave has these)

Station 1: Ladders, Slam/Med Ball, Pushups - 4 times
- Split kids up into two lines
- Line 1: Ladders 2 times per exercise
- Both feet forwards
- Sideways both feet
- Sideways both feet in and out
- Both out, Both In
- Line 2: 2 Slam Balls, Squat Ball, Medicine Ball, 10 Pushups, Jog around circle

- 20 Wall Jumps
- 20 Bicycle Jumps
- Horizontal Jumps through checkerboard
- If time permits: Gazelle diagonal jumps through checkerboard
