Walk the Line Drill
- Have players line up and be synchronized, walk a line with air saving, top right, top left, bottom right, bottom left
- Make sure second foot moves

Shot to quick clear, shot to roll
- Four shot progression: Pop Pass, Rollout Left, Rollout right, Rebound
- Make a pop pass from ready position
- Roll the crease on the side I shoot to
- Take a shot, get a rebound or GB and making a pass on the run

Drop ball then roll ball
- Goalie in stance in the goal
- bottom hand behind back
- Coach drops a ball goalie catches
- Coach rolls a ball goalie gets low and grabs the ball

Ball Tracking
- Use the swaxlax ball
- Have goalie track in the stick
- Track the ball into their pocket, tell me the number on the ball within seconds

Tennis Racquet Reaction
- Player drops stick, another player will toss a ball to coach with a tennis racquet
- Coach volley the ball at the goalie who makes the save
- Goalie drives the top hand to the ball

Two Stations
Walk the line weighted stick
- Walk the line with a weighted stick
Goalie: 3 Cone Shuffle
- Setup 3 cones, with the outer cones 6 feet apart (mimics a goal width)
- Without a stick, Start on center cone, in ready position, top thumb at eyeball level
- Footwork to the right, touch cone, shuffle to the left touch far cone
- get back to center and expect a shot and react to a ball being passed

Step over 16 foot rope
- Goalies have to step over to get to the far pipe and cover the post

Hug pipe and drop step
- When a girl comes around the crease, step out and go stick to stick, back pedal to recover ground, or girl will shoot around

- Save tennis balls, make sure they are stepping and getting body behind shot
