Z cones one handed down to first cone, makes a move to the left cone, steps back out and in passing position to feed someone
Double Cut Step down shooting
two lines
one line starts with ball, runs to a cone, stutter steps out, cuts out and turns and feeds to the 2nd line guy running towards the goal. Second guy gets the feed and does a step down shot
- field substitutions - get the ball at x to sub off, only sub on offense, middie switch with attack if we have an LSM
