2 Man Stutter Out Step Down
- 4 lines, grouped into sets of 2
- Lines are along the alley's, with outside man running towards a cone about 20 feet from goal
- 1st guy stutter steps, back pedals out
- Throws the ball to the second man coming down the lane, who receives the ball and step down shoots

- 6 on 5 - Box and 1
- 6 on 4 - Box
- Make an Add One Line at the sideline to add a player

Stations Walkthroughs
Two stations with parents on the field to help us act as players.
- Break the attack and defense into two separate groups.
- Add a middie line to each group and rotate them.
Station 1: Defense
- Have the parents setup in different offenses (2-3-1, 3-2-1, 1-4-1, 2-2-2)
- Defense must adjust to cover the right man, work on slides in the new formations
Station 2: Offense
- Parents on the field acting as defense
- Offense sets up in our set and moves the ball around. Work on cutting and returning, proper motion offense movement
