- Kids bring stick, gloves, sneakers, water
- 2 ladders required (Dave has 1)
- Med Ball, Slam balls (Dave has these)
- Cones (Dave has these)
- Two buckets of balls (Dave has these)
- Battle Rope and Jump Ropes (Dave has these)

Station 1: Ladders, Slam/Med Ball, Pushups - 4 times
- Split kids up into two lines
- Line 1: Ladders 2 times per exercise
- Both feet forwards
- Sideways both feet
- Sideways both feet in and out
- Both out, Both In
- Line 2: 2 Slam Balls, Squat Ball, Medicine Ball, 10 Pushups,

Station 2: Jumps
- 6 sets of 3 standing jumps
- 20 Hockey Jumps
- Horizontal Jumps through checkerboard
- 10 Gazelle diagonal jumps through checkerboard

Station 3: Jump and Battle Rope
- 1 Person does battle rope counting to 30, while the rest do jump ropes
- Stop jump roping when switching people for the battle rope, count to 30 and rest of the people start jump roping
- Repeat until everyone has done the battle rope

- On a hill: 3 sets of - 10 Tucks, Bear Crawl Up, 5 Pushups, Bear crawl backwards down hill

- On a hill: 3 sets of - Up Hill Lunges - hands up, Jog Down
