4 Man Breakouts
- 1 Goalie and 4 players
- Goalie starts with the ball in net, 4 players circle the crease
- Coach blows the whistle, 4 players break out into a box
- Goalie passes to one, then the ball moves around the box to the guy at the opposite end GLE
- Next 4 guys rotate in
Ground Ball Train

- Line up all one one side of the field, need about 20 yards wide and width of a field
- Idea is for kids to get alot of repetition with ground balls
- 3 types of ground ball work, kids go back and forth across the field
- Roll ball to self, double move escape (face dodge, roll, split dodge) go to sideline and then to start the other way
- Start with ground ball at feet, kick with foot, hockey with stick, double move escape
- roll ball out accelerate through it
Stations: Attack and Middie/Defense
Breakup the attack and the rest of the team to do a separate drill
Station: Attack - Dave
- Shooting Fundamentals from behind the net
- Back of the cage dodge, Inside Roll, Inside Roll Fake, Triple Step, Question Mark Shot
- Motion Offense Triangle
Station: Middie/Defense
- Long Passing and 2 man picking drill
3 on 3 Add One Back Cut Drill

- 3 defenders and 4 offense
- 2 lines defenders on one side of GLE, 1 on the other. 3 lines of attack behind the goal, 1 line at the midline
- The drill begins with a ground ball or a pass, and we play 3v3 for 5 to 10 seconds. Then the coach might yell out, "add one," and the fourth offensive player enters the drill, usually from the back of the defenders.
- We play to a shot. On a shot or save, we immediately clear and then begin the drill again with new players.
- Alternative is to run from the top by switching the placement of the lines.
