Backside cut and exchange feeder from x
- 3 Middies Up top
- 1 Attack line at the back
- Attack drives to a side, then middle guy and farthest away middies cut
- Feed to the middie and shoot
Goalie Clears and Defense Long Passing
- 4 defensemen in a box
- Goalie passes to random guy and then defense moves the ball to everyone else

Unsettled Fast Breaks
- 3v2, 4v3, 5v4, 6v5
- Line of offense at the top, line of defense on the bottom
- coach yells out the number of players for each, defense settles and talks to defend the goal
