5 Min	Active Stretching Tom and Dave to play (huddle, accountability, positive)
5 Min	Have One / Need One Count the number of kids Add balls equal to half of the number of kids Everyone talks and says "Have one" or "Need one" - to either pass or receive a pass Lots of movement, try to pass or receive from a new guy
7 Min	Full Field Passing with Pressure Either pass or roll a ball in from a goalie or coach Goalie throws it to an attackman with a defender riding, goes through first line First line guy throws to the second line, and go forward to 3rd line Throw to the goalie and spin to the other side Defense applies pressure on the throw, doesn't try to take ball away, but makes offense work to get open
5 Min	Princeton both sides to Nations What is Nations - 2 Man picking looks that involve a 3rd man as a feeder 2 v 2 - Princeton Open feeder on top With Princeton attack the middle on the dodge Guy that passes would be Trigger Picker rolls to cage 2 v 2 - Open Cycling with 2 non covered offside Princeton 4 v 4 - top Cycling with defenders 6 v 6 - with 2 attack down low https://vimeo.com/115229340 https://vimeo.com/114191895 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=69CUEJ8V3iM
30 Min	Skeleton Plays 32, 53, 21, 12 Jumbo / inbounds Hopkins Princeton (Nation/trigger) North/South - East/West - GB 2 passes "Offense" - on/off picks
10 Min	Survivor Drill 3 v 3, one guy at x, two guys up top Start with an alley dodge Force the slide, second slide, recover Ball gets to X, Slide and double, etc Teach the defenders how to get beat and recover say the term "away" Play at 3 quarters speed Once all 3 offensive guys dodge it turns into a 3 v 3
10 Min	3v2 to 4v3 Setup 3 lines of dark and 2 lines of white behind the cage Out of bounds up top is the box line Coach throws a ball to the dark line Defense and Offense play 3v2 Offense sets up in a triangle with a guy at x Once a shot, turnover or goal happens, coach passes the ball to one of the two white players behind Then the 3 dark players are on defense and the 4 white players are on offense Offense sets up in a box
10 Min	6 v 6 - Situations and Missions Situations: 2 min left, down by 1 2 min left, keep in it the box End line Clear - 20/10 1 min left down by a goal, faceoff Missions: Offensive: Seal pick, Pass Down - Pick Down, Aggressive drive to the cage, Off Ball Pick, Isolate the short stick defender, Create picks to force short stick vs attack Defensive: Heavy, 3-Man, Standard Def, Camel, Slide Early
