- Setting up 1v1 Drill
- * Station 1: Single Leg bounding - in a wide to narrow funnel (transition stick left to right to one hand)
- * Station 2: Fill the container - (cone rectangle, stay feet shoulder with apart, try to get tons of steps
- * Station 3: Shoot - Over 2 hurdles (work left to right and then shoot)
