Star Drill
- Rotate 5 guys at a time for the below drill

5 Man Open Set Shooting
- AkA Motor Play
- 5 guys in an open set (without the x)
- Ball starts top left in the 5 position
- Pass to 4 position
- Pass to 3 position
- Dodge down the alley, low right guy mirrors up to the middle
- At the same time, the other side sets off ball pick
- Alley dodge guy passes to the mirror attack in the middle
- Then passes to the lower left attack for the shot
- Middle guy fills the alley dodge position
- Run to the line you pass or move to

Rides
- Goalie Free Ride
- Goalie Chase - 3 middies lock on, 1 attack pressures goalie, 2 attack go wide for breaking defenders (If your man passes to the goalie you chase)
- If goalie passes to the side defender, double the ball (goalie attack moves to double), the weak side attack gets on the goalie
- Goal to force the long pass to the other defender

Rondo Drill to Transition drill
- Sacred Heart calls this the Loyola drill
- Have goalie, 3 attack, 3 defense in goal
- At the midline, send in 3 v 2 or 3 v 3 middies, pass the ball around in the middle with 4 consecutive passes, hit the coach with the ball, coach starts the transition into 6 v 5 or 6 v 6
