- Pass and take a step back

Walk the Line Drill
- Have players line up and be synchronized, walk a line with air saving, top right, top left, bottom right, bottom left
- Make sure second foot moves

Step over 16 foot rope
- Goalies have to step over to get to the far pipe and cover the post

Shot to quick clear, shot to roll
- Four shot progression: Pop Pass, Rollout Left, Rollout right, Rebound
- Make a pop pass from ready position
- Roll the crease on the side I shoot to
- Take a shot, get a rebound or GB and making a pass on the run

Hug pipe and drop step
- When a girl comes around the crease, step out and go stick to stick, back pedal to recover ground, or girl will shoot around

Rapid Fire Shooting
- Line up 20 balls 10-15 yards from cage
- Shooter shoots, goalie saves and throws to the side, the shooter shoots as quickly as they can
- Goalie should return to a good stance as quickly as possible

Blind Reaction off the Wall
- Have goalie stand facing a wall
- Someone shoot tennis goalie in ready stance and makes save off wal
- Stand further back to make it easier

Eye Focus Drill
- On concrete bounce a ball and catch while looking straight down
- On concrete bounce slightly off to the side for perf vision
