5 Man Clear into 3v2
Teaches clearing the ball and transitions into 3v2
- Need 5 players and a goalie
- Setup 3 cones near the midfield line, 2 at the hash marks 1 in the center
- 2 Players are at the hash mark at GLE, 3 players are on the cones up top.
- Goalie clears to a GLE side, then pass to hash midfield side, then the middle
- As soon as the ball is in the middle, the drill turns into 3v2
- Midfield players play on offense vs 2 defenders
- Variation: Have the defense clearing redirect it via a 40 yard pass across the field or back to the goalie

EMO aka Man Up
- Paul, Zach, AJ, Connor B, Aidan, Jaxon
- Alternates: Luke M, Jonas
Rest of the team does 4 Man drive to X and Exchange
- Place 4 guys on the field, 1 guy top left, 1 guys top right, 2 guys at GLE both sides
- Left guy catches a pass from coach, runs and passes it to the top right guy
- Top right guy drives down the alley, bottom attack guy clears through
- Top right guy passes to X guy
- X guy goes behind, starts to run 21, middies exchange and weakside guy cuts for the pass and shoots

Mule Drill

This is a 4v4 drill which incorporates GB, 4v4, and Lock Off Drill
- Put a goalie in cage
- Divide kids evenly into two different colors
- Place 1 of each color at the 4 corners
- Roll a ball and a 1v1 GB happens, whoever wins the GB is on offense
- The 3 off ball defense "lock on" their man. This forces the 3 other offensive players to work hard at getting open
- Each of the 4 offensive players must touch the ball before going to cage
- Offense must look to set picks and work together to get open
- Make it competitive, offense gets 2 points for scoring, defense gets 1 for stopping play
