5v4 Continuous Keep Away
- Setup an area the size of GLE to box sized area, No goalie
- 5 offensive, 4 defensive
- Player throws a bad pass, once the defense gets it, they throw to the first person in their line, whoever turns it over leaves the drill
- Keep the ball away
- Variation: Defensive players can have 5 vs 4 offense (alot more space)
- Sub out if you are one of the players that creates the turnover, then your team is 4 vs 5 (as they sub on a new guy)

Man Up vs Man Down
Man Down is a 5 man Rotation
- Make sure we don't stretch too far out with the adjacent and if the guy with the ball is near the box line
- If adjacent to the ball, get your stick up to cover the skip pass
- What is a wheel: Its 3-4 players rotating in the same direction with either pass backs or forward passes. Goal is to isolate 1 player covering 2 and looking for the skip pass
- Wheel Defense
- if a 3 man wheel stay with your man
- if a 4 man side wheel (which TC plays) Stay in a Zone, bottom guy doesn't follow much past GLE
- 5 man rotation to battle it stay in your Zone, don't move so much, sticks up to block the skip lanes
- Rules
- Backside on 2 account for 2 guys
- If your adjacent stay near him and keep stick up to clog passing lane
- If your on the ball, play the ball
- Always communicate

- Offense: 53, 32, 21, 12, 33, 55, 42, princeton, pick and roll/slips, dodge to draw double dump to sliding man
- Defense: Amigo, Standard, Pinch, Heavy, Camel
