- Setup 5 cones like a dice
- Have kids start defense at X, run to each cone, big big little little, then turn and recover to the hole
- Go through all the cones

Defense Slide & Recover

- Coach and Player on offense
- 1 defensive middie and 2 interior defense
- Player with the coach drops his stick, tries to beat his man
- Once beat one guy slides with a good angle
- On ball slide, force down the alley, stay on the double for a second, then call the release, where the beaten guy goes back to the hole.
- 3rd guy holds on the coach in the crease
