Active Stretching
- Evan - Get low and shoot low if stick pressure is high
- Michael - As a middie on one ride, you didn't lock on
- Hayden - no need to keep pushing and over committing behind the goal (or above the box)
- Paul - Stop flopping, take the hit and roll around, alter speed and dodges (too much running one speed with no moves). A kid hits you, hit him when he has the ball. Don't get back checked, slide comes tuck your stick and pop out fast
- Zack - Sometimes unnecessary picks way outside the dodging area, need to pop and get the ball on clears, and need to help on the GB's in a scrum
- Jack - Stop threading the needle
- Keagan - Too much shooting while awkward angles, step 1, catch, dodge, fake, shoot, Take steps, hitch dodge, use the big body
- Team - ground ball in front of crease we need to get it, box out scoop through, kick the ball out
- Team - Slide take stick then body
- Team - More talking on defense, Intimidate the offense
- Team - first day we subbed to early on the ride and gave them fast breaks, We need to run to the near cone while coming off, and be at the far cone when running on (gives us more time to get back in)
- Team - Defense needs to work on "away" when we slide
- Team - Our offensive fast break we were out of position, bunched around the crease too much, didn't spread the defense.
- Coaches - we have to do a better job getting the subs ready and in the box
- Coaches - we yell alot, we will work on it, we aren't yelling because you suck, its more of we know your better
