5 Min Partner Passing
  • Blocker Pads
  • Long Pole for Soren
5 Min Active Stretching
5 min Warmup one laps around the field
10 Min Two man Horsey Drill at X
10 Min 2 Man Quick Shot
  • Quick shooting in front of cage
  • Use cones on either side of crease with balls, each line cuts and feeds
  • Put buckets about 2 yards in front of goal
  • One line cuts and the other feeds and quick shots
  • variation: make it a 45 degree angle and cut across the field and feed from down low, change it to top left and top right


15 Min 14 Middle Crease Play - North/South East/West 14 Set

Crease Work

  • One guy leads, the other follows, follow guy can set the pick and roll, once the ball is redirected to X
  • Crease guy can exchange with X guy as X guy is running up opposite side

14 Set Shooting

  • Coach Dave in the middle with blocker pad
  • Run through 14 and guys in the middle can only score
  • Dodge, Throw, Dodge again to weakside
10 Min Revenge 1 on 1 Ride Drill
  • Put a goalie in the cage
  • Cone off a sideline and a restraining line
  • Lineup defense and offense at the end line
  • Defense grabs a ball and tries to run up field, must stay inside the lines
  • When the defensive player hits the box line, drops the ball and it turns into a 1v1
  • Riding guy works on pushing him out or stalling him



10 Min Stations: Man Down and Ground Ball Box Out

Station 1: Man Down

  • Defense + Gray Middie Line: Michael, Wait, Grayson, Soren, Mack
  • B-Word

Station 2: Blocker Pad Ground Ball

  • Need three parents with blocker pads
  • Line of kids, parent drops ball in front of blocker pad
  • Step 1: Box Out - kid runs up turns and boxes out and gets ground ball
  • Step 2: Run through - kid runs and tries to scoop with protection
  • Parent lightly bumps them under pressure


15 Min EMO vs Man Down
5 Min Clears against a goalie free ride
  • 4-3 clear, two middies go over
  • Multi-butter
5 Min 3 Man (Amigo) new name and walkthrough
  • Must lock off adjacent
  • Hot and two must be loud
  • Constant rotating and talking
30 Min 6 v 6
  • 6v6 with clears and rides
10 Min Jog two laps around the field
