5 and 5 standing shooting from left and right

  • Stand at the 5 and 5 at one side of the goal and keep shooting bottom opposite corner

On 1 Knee Shooting

  • Lefty, left knee up shooting
  • Righty, Right knee up shooting
  • Coach puts ball in stick

Stand Shooting

  • Above the 5 and 5 put a pile of balls
  • With both feet parellel stand with your stick straight out
  • Turn and step and shoot

Question Mark Shooting

  • From x drive to a side at the 5 and 5
  • Stick our stick out far and wide and turn inside and shoot

Roll dodge at a cone at X and shoot at the 5 and 5

Feed from X to a step down shooter

Feed at top with a cutter at GLE
